MagVenture’s Accelerator Training Program supports healthcare professionals in developing practical expertise in TMS.
Delivering transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in clinical practice requires more than theoretical knowledge. It involves consistent protocol application, accurate targeting, and structured clinical decision-making aligned with device intended use and safety guidelines.
The MagVenture Accelerator Training Program is designed to support clinicians in developing practical competencies for implementing TMS and neuromodulation workflows. This in-person program combines expert-led sessions with hands-on training to support reproducible, safe, and clinically relevant use of magnetic stimulation systems.

What This Training Covers Core Training (Day 1–2)
The program focuses on clinically relevant aspects of TMS delivery, including:
- Structured introduction to stimulation protocols and clinical workflows
- Practical application of stimulation parameters and protocol selection
- Manual and neuronavigated targeting approaches
- Scenario-based stimulation exercises to support reproducibility
- Interactive case discussions and clinical Q&A Participants engage in small-group, hands-on sessions designed to support skill development in controlled learning environments.
Training is delivered by experienced clinicians and researchers in neuromodulation:
- Professor Hartwig Siebner Danish Research Centre for Magnetic Resonance (DRCMR), Copenhagen University Hospital Hvidovre Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen
- Dr Claus Mathiesen, PhD Application Scientist, MagVenture
Optional Workshops (Day 3)
Participants may extend their training with focused sessions on:
- Neuromodulation approaches in pain and rehabilitation (educational content; clinical use may vary by region)
- Clinical and operational considerations in establishing a TMS service
Additional Program Elements
- Peer-to-peer exchange with clinicians working in TMS
- Structured networking session and dinner
- Exposure to MagVenture systems, coils, and workflow integrations
